HERE ARE OUR SERVICES THAT WE PROVIDE:
DENMAR INTERNATIONAL; the
Service Provider, Brokerage Services Contractor and Mine Management & Operations Company is in the business of development,
supply and operation thru its clients, of products and services relating to the procurement of mineral ore and the overseeing
and management of the operation of mine sites that produce that ore on behalf of its clients, the service provider is also
active in the transport of ore and all other local issues as appropriate in order
to supply the mineral ore to its client in a timely and efficient manner.
We are Denmar International - Philippines with Affiliations in the United States. We are one of the Largest
Mineral Ore Brokerage and Management Companies. Currently in the Philippines Alone, We Have a client base of over 80 mines
and growing rapidly. We have several Mine Site Clients worldwide and can supply your mineral ore needs.
WHEREAS;
Service Provider DENMAR INTERNATIONAL is prepared to provide the following Professional Services to its Clients:
a) Negotiate with potential mineral ore suppliers / buyers / operating companies and mine owners/permit holders/operators
with a view to procuring ore and;
b) Negotiate the terms of those contracts between the mineral ore suppliers / buyers / operating companies and mine owners/permit
holders/operators and:
c) Conduct all due diligence on each mine site /operator /mining permit holder/supplier to include the checking of and
verifying of all relevant permits and licenses both with the mine site /operator /mining permit holder/suppliers and verifying
the legitimatecy of such with the relevant government authorities and;
d) Assess the viability of each operation in terms of location ., distance to roads and logistical issues, labor and current
management structures at the mine site ,advise the mineral ore suppliers / buyers
/ operating companies and mine owners/permit holders/operators of these issues and recommend based on that information the
viability of contracting with the mine site /operator /mining permit holder/supplier, buyers and operating companies and;
e) Advise on production quantities, machinery used and further to advise if investment in alternative equipment and or
labor would assist the operator and the company in order to increase the potential production from that site and;
f) Advise on the ore content from the potential supplies/operators and
oversee the taking of representative samples from the potential
mine sites and assaying samples at
a legitimate laboratory such as SGS /CCIC or other as recognized internationally and;
g) Organize and over see the transport of ore from mine site to ware house or to a secure yard as appropriate and then
on to warehouse at shipping port as necessary
on behalf of the suppliers / buyers / operators and to oversee the washing, cleaning, crushing etc,, of ore
either at mine site or warehouse as appropriate to the specifications as requested by the buyer / operators, the appropriate
licenses and permits that may be needed at all stages of the process will vary depending on the terms of those arrangements
, however the service provider will advise and assist the buyers / operators in the attainment of all licenses as appropriate
at all stages and;
h) The exporting of the mineral ore should buying terms require and / or allow and;
i) Provide Operations Support by its Sub-Contracted Company to Operate the Mine
Sites being the clients of DENMAR INTERNATIONAL.
